She laughed again at that, her eyes sparkling playfully - seemed the 'ice queen' could display some emotions - as they gazed over his torso for a second before coming back to those eyes that drew her in so effectively. If he got anything from her it would be because of his eyes, though his beautifully built torso wasn't exactly a hinderance either. She shifted in the water, drawing her arms out, droplets of the liquid running down her skin slowly, highlighting the dips and curves of her toned body. She leaned over, flipping her mane of long, dark, thick hair over her head and drew it up into a high pony tail and in the process, giving him a little peek of cleavage as she did so. A grin played on her lips as she tipped her head to the side, regarding him. "What can I say, you've figured out my plan to bring you to your sad little demise." She grinned teasingly, her palm shifting through the water to splash him playfully. "Come on, we'll make in interesting. If I win..." She pursed her lips thouhtfully. "..then...you have to help me file evidence tomorrow." She stated with a grin, it was her least favorite thing to do, it was so boring just going through and alphabatizing sheet after sheet of paper which listed all the different evidence for each case. It had to be done though and then boxed up and sent off to headquarters and she would be damn if she did it all by herself just because she was the new girl.

He had to admit that she was good at playing games as he shifted his head to avoid most of her splash, tempted to walk over and pick her up in his arms, to bury his face in that delictable cleavage until she couldn't resist him any longer.. the chase was making him all the more eager to get her.) (He said and let a smile grace his features, running a hand back through his sopping hair and slicking it back in a way that made him look all the more dark and dangerous.) And just so you know, I don't like to lose.. or file evidence. (He hadn't had to do that job in more than a year, and didn't relish trying his hand at it again.
