He's just easy to work with, brings out the best in anyone around him sometimes. (He shrugged, giving his partner due respect was pertty easy when they'd saved each other's skins too many times to count.) You probably just need to spend some more time in the field, find your strengths on your own first, find a partner who fills in the other aspects.
