Subject: She just didn't like trying to work on a full stomach, that was all. She yawned softly with her fully tummy as she leaned back, watching him with bright, curious eyes. A small, sweet smile played over her lips as she thought that over before she spoke. "He's pretty protective of you, it seems." She stated with a small smile, it was nice, she thought, to have someone who obviously had your back so thoroughly in not only duty but also matters of the emotions and heart. At his question, she shook her head, her brow furrowed a little. "No, I just started working field work about three months ago, well, not even that." She stated with a shrug. "They haven't tried to pair me up with anyone, I don't think they believe I would work well with a partner." She smirked lightly, it was probably true, someone else would probably piss her off and just keep her from working to her full potential.

He's just easy to work with, brings out the best in anyone around him sometimes. (He shrugged, giving his partner due respect was pertty easy when they'd saved each other's skins too many times to count.)
