I wouldn't say that.

Not allowed - in the 30+ page contract.

The constitution of the US means nothing so why would you think a 30(+) page contract would. I'd say they'd be welcome with open arms by all the ultra liberal minded folks involved with the system.

You may have a point with Sammy and Joshy running things in Atlantic City. I never thought we would see the day when an apology would be extended for nude photos.

Oh get over yourselves! She was treated poorly after the photos were revealed.

How so? Seriously, I wasn't around during that scandal, but I've seen the pictures and they are not acceptable for a Miss America. How was he treated that makes an apology to her necessary?

I'm over myself - now you get over YOURSELF. Bad decision to have the photos made; bad decision not to disclose it. After seeing the photos - she should have kept her clothes on. I admire her for her success after the fact, but doesn't change the fact that she made bad decisions, suffered the consequences, and then got a national apology.

The older Miss America/Local's contracts stated that in order to participate in the Miss America system, you must be a "naturally born female" between the ages of.... and so there it is..

This verbiage was strengthened when the female tennis player was outed as a transgender female. There was also a transgender female some years back that attempted to compete in the Miss USA/Miss Universe system and she was denied participation. I believe that since this time, there was a transgender female that competed for Miss State in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island... somewhere up there....
