To the above poster regarding the "obvious fall on her back side" - there wasn't such. There were two slips, yes, but no obvious falls. Having seen her talent time and time again, I can assure you and everyone here the falls taken to the ground were choreographed that way, as they've been the same way in the past. There were two other dancers tonight that had a more obvious fall/slip than Meg did - there were obvious gasps in the audience when those two slipped, but not with Meg, which leads me to hope that hers was not that noticeable to the person who'd never seen her dance before. The stage is not good for pointe dancers - the only person who had no trouble in turns was NY and that was because she was barefoot.

Don't count her out, yet. Meg's a fighter and given the tiny error tonight, she'll be fighting that much harder for the crown over the next few nights. Fingers crossed she gets in finals so she can do it again!
