She was just beautiful. All will agree that sweet Ann has been extremely loyal to the organization and most will agree that her designs are dated and recycled over and over again. An then there was Courtney Porter's dress.... As far as the parade costume....it was lovely but that's not a judged event so it's really not relevant to the competition.
