There are more in Super Street then you have listed, here are some that I can think of

David Ball
Russell Fisher
Chip Pike
Brad Medlock
Mel Collier
Billy Kennedy
Ray Parson (hasn't raced at Prescott this year but will be runner there next year)
I'm sure that I'v missed some but they all have raced at Prescott and all still have race cars that fit the Rules of Super Street. So that's 15 so far that I can think that are from Arkansas.
