To have a vote, person must buy a tech card for first race. That way when money drops bs stops, this will show how will race there and how will not.

On the Wheelie bars I think we should have the right to run them or not, keep them to a NHRA Super Stock type bar that should make everyone happy. They are short AND they will STILL HAVE BIG WHEELIES just not tearing the back of the car up. You can still tear parts up with these types of wheelies, and every one will still have a CHOICE to run them or not.

When ever the meatting will be I'll be there with money in hand for tech card, ready to vote.
