For all of you who had the PLEASURE of meeting Morgan Blankenship (Teen Contestant) at Forestry, BE ADVISED that her crazy, sweet self is coming back to Woodlands. Everyone that met Morgan fell in love with her. She was so funny and sweet and was making us all laugh the entire weekend! I was thrilled to talk her and her mother into coming back down here to Dothan from way up in Northern Alabama to grace us with her presence again!!! She is EXCITED to see everyone and we are excited to see her! Good luck Girl!!! We love you and are SO excited to get to see you again soon!!!

I wanted to say that I am so excited about the upcoming Woodlands Pageant. Forestry was such a fun weekend, Abigail and I are thrilled to get to do it again. We are even more excited since my little one, Kailynn is being a big brave girl and going to compete in Tiny Miss at the pageant. She has been practicing her on stage questions and cannot wait to answer one for the first time! I want to wish all of the girls good luck and I cannot wait to see who the new Queens will be! Obviously, I wish the best of luck to my girls, Abigail and Kailynn. You have both been working so hard and we love the Forestry family, so it would be our pleasure to hold any of the Forestry/Woodlands titles!

Also, good luck to all of my Houston County and Greater Dothan Queens!! I know you will all make me proud and no matter what happens, you will ALWAYS be my queens!!!

The pageant is very small right now. However, the pageant will not be cancelled. While our numbers are low, we offer some of the best preliminary awards!!!

We need contestants! Age categories will not be combined. Join us for this wonderful pageant. Because contestant numbers are low, I have extended the deadline and entries will now be accepted at the door for only $95.00 Wow! A chance to win two titles! Tell you friends about the pageant. The Forestry and Woodlands are wonderful pageant systems to compete in and be a part of. We have custom crowns this year too!!! Join us for this wonderful pageant! Entries always accepted at the door.

EVERYONE receives a tiara!!! NO ONE GOES HOME EMPTY HANDED!!

I have age categories with no contestants and some with only one contestant but two crowns to be given away per age category:

We just wanted to say that we are completely in awe at all of the beautiful and talented girls we had in our pageant yesterday. The judges had an extremely hard job. I wanted everyone to win and wish that everyone could have!! I am very happy to have 16 new queens, 12 of which will be going to state representing Greater Dothan Pageants.

We could not believe the turnout for the pageant. Next year we will plan for a bigger place to have our pageants!! We appreciate all of the support each of you had for your favorite contestant!!

To Carol, Kay, Jackie, Sirena, Haven, Abigail, Jennifer Sewell, Sydney, Jennifer Watson, Katie and Savannah, THANK YOU THANK YOU! We could not have done any of it without each and every one of you!!

To all of our new queens, we will be contacting you really soon so that hopefully we can do some events and get togethers to make it a memorable year. Also, we will be having a good luck bash as we get closer to state. As soon as I have the paperwork, I will get it to you. To all of the girls who did not get a crown yesterday, I hope you had fun and learned from the experience. Do not give up. A different set of judges on a different day could have picked a totally different set of queens. Keep your chins up and keep trying! The next time might be your time to shine!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! What a great day we had yesterday at the Greater Dothan Forestry & Woodlands Pageant. There were 52 wonderful, beautiful girls competing for 16 titles. Ms. Tammy and Mrs. Becky did an outstanding job with this pageant. Thanks to all of the Alabama State Queens (Forestry & Woodlands) who helped out. A special thanks to Jennifer Sewell - Miss Alabama Forestry 2006, Sydney King - Teen Miss Alabama Forestry 2006, and Abigail England - Alabama Forestry Princess for emceeing...you all did a great job!!!

Ms. Sirena Messer, Haven Peak - Jr. Miss U.S. Woodlands, Ms. Jackie Wilson, & Jennifer Watson...thanks for all that you did yesterday. It would not have been a successful pageant without all of you to help. Thanks to Jr. Miss Alabama Woodlands - Katie Ward and Petite Miss Alabama Forestry Savannah Watson for helping with crowning. I wanted to say Congrats to my little girl, and the AL Forestry Princess, Abigail England, for winning 4th grade class beauty at Rehobeth’s campus beauty pageant this past Saturday. This was a big deal for Abigail!! I am so proud of you baby girl!!!

Also, we wanted to say congrats to Chelsea Ingram, Tiny Miss AL Woodlands, for also winning Kindergarten class beauty that day. Also, to Logan Byrd, Tiny Miss US Woodlands, for winning 1st grade class beauty. Last but not least, our very own Tiny Miss AL Forestry, Chasilyn Sawyers, won the pageant overall by winning Little Miss Rebel!! Go Chasilyn!!! Looks like the Forestry/Woodlands Systems really have some talent in them, as if we didn’t already know that!! Everyone looked beautiful!!!!

On January 6th 1996 god blessed my life with a very special gift. After being told after haveing my son that I would never be able to have another child I was blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Well it is 11 years later and my baby is not a baby anymore, she is a beautiful young ladie that means the world to me. Abigail, Kailynn & I would like to send the warmest Christmas wishes to all associated with the Forestry & Woodlands Pageants!!! We hope your new year is filled with blessings and look forward to many events where we can see you all.

I would like to tell all of my sister queens how very blessed I fell everytime that we are together. I love spending time with all of you so much. Haven: Hopefully we will get our computer at home fixed soon, and Abigail can post her own replies to you. In the mean time, I will post for her and Kailynn. We were all very happy to get to spend time with everyone and had lots of fun. I am sorry that Kailynn did not get to come since she was sick, but her big sister, Abigail, was glad to come and represent her and be able to have her first outing as Petite Miss Tri-County Woodlands. We made sure Kailynn got her gifts, and it brought a big smile to her face, sick or not. I am always thrilled when Abigail can spend time with you Haven, as you are a wonderful role model for her. Ashley, you are a wonderful Miss and are always graceful everytime I see you. Logan, Mary-Kathrine, Lacey & Kayla, it was a great Christmas dinner and we hope to get to spend lots more time together. Hopefully Kailynn will make the next event.

For those of you who were not there to hear our new story, Kailynn's 4 year old brother decided to give her her very first haircut this weekend. It is pretty butchered, but with some styling tricks and hats, it will pass. So, if you all see her anytime soon, you will know what happened to the little bit of blonde hair she did have. :-) Merry Christmas to everyone!

I would like to say how excited that I am to have such wonderful group of girl to hold the new titles of Tri-County Woodlands. I would like to thank everyone who entered the pageant and made it such a big and exciting event. I would like to thank the judges for doing such a great job. I know that it was not an easy one but you were all so great with all of the girls. Thank you so much. I would also like to thank some very special people for all of there love , support, and help. Haven you did a wonderful job emceing. Not many 10 year olds could handle that job as well as you did, you are amazing in everything that you do ,I am so proud to be your mom. Mrs Carol and Mrs Kay you both are the best. thank you both so much for all that you do for all of us. I truley love being a part of this wonderful pageant system.To my Husband Mickey and my son Garrett I dont know what I would have done without the both of you this past weekend. Thank you for putting up with all of my stressful moments and for doing all the running around for all of us at the pageant. I love you both so much. Abigail and I just wanted to congratulate Kay and Carol on this great new system!! We are proud to already be a part of this pageant family through Forestry and Camellia (the best system around) and look forward to being part of the Woodland system.
