Acho, mas acho também que isso é uma luta na esfera política. Enquanto não alcançamos nossos objetivos, não podemos ficar de braços cruzados paralizados no muro de lamentações. Nas condições adversas também há possibilidade de se fazer bom trabalho.O inverso é verdadeiro. Escolas bem equipadas, poucos alunos e professores pouco motivados.
