and last time I checked that is considered a contract. I'm pretty sure that contract had a listing of mandatory events for the Teen, Miss, and Ms. Queens

i met Debbie Twice , last year When She competed for America And the at the pageant for Mrs Denham Springs. She is A beautiful women and a sweet heart. I wish her the very best on the 27th.As Well As all of the other contestants. and why would Rebecca bash her own queen? As i'm sure you all know by now Rebecca Isn't competeing this year. So I'm Sure she will be there suportingher queen.
