If you win a MRS festival title are you allowed to compete? Just curious.

But one question why would you Want to be a festival queen and have to travel ever weekend when you want to be Mrs Louisiana. unless the festival represents a charity and it happens to be there charity that you work with already as part of your platform? Just a question..
