If you win a MRS festival title are you allowed to compete? Just curious.

Just check with the festival first ! here is a list of some that DO NOT allow you to compete: Washington Catfish, Cattle , Erath 4th of july, and I believ there are a few more. Hope this helps. But one question why would you Want to be a festival queen and have to travel ever weekend when you want to be Mrs Louisiana. unless the festival represents a charity and it happens to be there charity that you work with already as part of your platform? Just a question..

Some festival queens are contracted, some just can not compete for another fair or festival title. Mrs. Louisiana has different obligations then a festival queen. Why wouldn't a women want to take advantage of both opportunities if she can. It would be very very easy for a dedicated queen to handle both the festival title, as well as the title of Mrs. Louisiana.
