Yes, I know Facebook has intruded on all of our lives and sometimes even real life but I expected some comments here. Facebook has people who will say "All My what is going where? Who cares"? Oh well. Whatever.

it's not what I expected for an ending but I guess they set themselves up for drawing in online viewers.
I would have liked all the storylines tied up. And I wanted to know who the other woman was that David Heyward has hidden away!

Umm... I liked Angie's speech at the beginning and Tad's at the end but the whole JR thing.. Urgh. And Jack aka Rhett Butler? Interesting. Erica saying this isn't how she wanted it to end was GREAT but overall... B-O-R-I-N-G. So how do we find out what the online plan is? How will it work? Who will be in it? Will we find out who JR shot?
I think this whole week was very anticlimactic. Hmph.

Thank you for keeping Random Thoughts going. It's still the first place I come every day after I check my email.
I've known some of you for fourteen years!! We've been together through births, deaths, marriages, divorces, good times and bad. I've sat at this keyboard and cried from laughing as well as from sorrow. Some of us have had the joy of meeting each other in person. Others have become life long email gal pals. We're family.
TIIC may have destroyed our show, but they'll never know about US, and the friendships that AMC created.

You know, I think they had plans to keep the show on longer than they did. If you noticed in the opening... Jake and Amanda have Trevor in the stroller and Amanda is obviously pregnant again.

... peek at the internet version if I can find it (I invested 25 years of my life in AMC), and I have to say I was very touched at Susan Lucci's outrage that they ended the show. I think it was "home" for a lot of the long-timers as much as anything.
