This is what was on their website:
"WBC will picket the worthless brats at Darby High School where the parents and teachers teach Rebellion 101. Your moral compasses have been shattered by this nation's lies, chiefly that God is blessing america despite her proud, rebellious sin and idolatry."

My understanding is that WBC was invited to speak to a class at a school in Worthington, but then decided to pick another High School in the area to picket. Luck of the draw, I guess. My sister in law said there was a small counter protest, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

The students and community organized a Bake Sale in support of veterans with the proceeds going to help wounded veterans. I kind of like that.
