Subject: i've posted this on FB but it just felt appropriate to share it with RT: elton and leon

it's 13 minutes long; you can blah de dah thru the first 8; it's elton on too much coffee and leon wondering why the fuck he's up in the morning to do a freakin talk show. funny as hell.

they finally came back from the break and performed a ballad. a nice ballad for the am View audience. i talked to my mom tonight and asked her "did you watch the view today?" yes, she said, part of it, i turned it on late, why? did you see elton and leon? yesssss, she said, hesitating, do you know leon? uh mom, remember all the times i asked you if it was ok for me to go to tulsa to a concert and spend the night with some friends? uh, yah.

she never heard of leon russull until today and he was on the view with elton.

small world ain't it mom? OH she asked me if he'd always had that long hair and that long beard. well hair yeah. i can barely remember when he started growing out his whiskers.
