She said that was when she would want to start training. I am not sure why I haven't heard anything. It is a little frustrating.

It is like a friend once told me, "Someone else needed that blessing". Maybe the need for an at home job was greater for the person that got it. I still plan to apply at other places and know the right job is waiting for me.

Our council is going through some transitions right now.

Here they call it 'broaden and flatten' so that managers who get to stay have more headcount and they get rid of middle/lower management, and the worker bees get more and more piled on. Sigh. It's going to hurt them...
