I just don't see him contemplating that. He was conniving, etc.; not depressed.

Greenlee was only with him because he was blackmailing her. And she wasn't even WITH him....he was devasted when she saw her with Ryan. He lost Leora. He lost Babe. All his marriages were horrible. His one friend in the world was iffy at best. He lost his medical license. What did he have? Why is it so far fetched that he could have said "The hell with it" and tried to set up someone on his way out so he could get back at them (Ryan?) from the past!

..because he wasn't acting down/depressed/moodier than normal, etc. Yes, it's plausible, and moreso than say JR or Krystal or Amanda (kinda out of the blue for them), etc. Obviously he didn't know Ryan would be popping by so I doubt he just had the drug on him to get Ryan. Had it on hand for himself? I'm having a hard time buying it. JMHO. But I also seriously doubt it's Ryan, or Jesse, or Angie, and I'm not so convinced on Madison because then Greenlee would be free to bug Ryan more, so I doubt she'd want that to happen.

It doesn't make sense that it was Madison but I don't think Ryan did it so I think David took the whole bottle himself then when Ryan came by (of course David knew he would! He always came to confront David after David and Greenlee had a fight) David planted the bottle in Ryan's jacket while they struggled.

That's my theory and I'm stickin' to it.

David always loved to watch the pieces fall after he did something evil, and dead, he can't do that.

Marissa who did it. And maybe they will tie poisoning David into her being the one who poisoned Dixie while meaning to kill Babe (since that has never been fully dealt with). And then she can leave--looney bin, prison, doesn't matter which.
