if you HAVE the time and choose to go the longer distance, I love books on CD...I have listened to them for a good 18 years now and love it. My drive is only 15-20 minutes (about 12 miles) but I love my drive to/from as I can move forward in my book!

I even had my mini dvd player along. I would bring movies or tv on dvd that I had seen plenty of times, but love. That way, I didn't need to see it (not safe!) but would just listen. That passed a lot of time for me.
