you could tell she was frustrated with him not answering the question properly. and by properly i mean HONESTLY WITHOUT BULLSHIT. the worst part is that basically anyone in government knows these things are going on but won't admit to them for fear of having to take responsability for the actions. at least when terrorist commit these things they have the balls to own up to it and say "yeah i did it so fucking what. come get me". unlike the cowards in the US government.
"W" just passed a bill not too long ago that states that in case of a national emergency that he could stay in power for an undetermined amount of time. you think i'm making this up but i'm not. link
And with "W" pushing Congress to wait and see in September to see how the situation in Iraq is "progressing".
