The only thing you can do is never give them buiness again, tell everyone you know the problem, and write them a typed letter stating your feelings, have it sent registered ail(so they have to sign for it) and demand your money back. If you don't get, stike it up to researching your choice of pageants a little better. - Talk to the director and see what she says. If the issue doesn't get resolved, you MAY be able to get the matter resolved in small claims court as long as you have proof.
