Subject: Talk to the director and see what she says. If the issue doesn't get resolved, you MAY be able to get the matter resolved in small claims court as long as you have proof. I would make sure everyone knows what happens if you don't get it resolved so that you may prevent another mom or 20 from losing their money, as well.
