我媽媽抽左血, 結果顯示全部正常.

最近, 她 耐不耐就頭痛, 大約一個月2,3 次. 她說每次頭痛到想嘔,
並說一嘔(只是一些液體) 就緩和很多, 是否更年期荷尔蒙分怭失調?
佢話同年紀的女性朋友都是這樣,

以乃有什麼天然食物, 飲料可以紆緩?
