可唔可以講你媽媽做過邊幾樣血液測試(同result可否打/post出黎)

你媽媽頸部問題可以係甲狀腺亦可以係耳鼻喉科問題(如pharyngeal pouch﹐40幾50歲女士又為多)﹐亦可以係自身心理問題。個work up係要臨床檢驗(如有冇腫塊/淋巴核脹大)同可能需要抽組織化驗。至於頭痛﹐主要係分tensional同migraine﹐如果普通頭痛久醫不好醫生可能會嘗試轉藥﹐如果再冇改善會refer你媽媽去neurologist神經科同可能要照腦掃描去睇有冇其他問題
