Subject: How can i make my face look slimmer???????????????

I have a sort of tall and slim body figure. However my face is fat, when i put on weight my face is always the first part of my body become fat while the rest remain slim.(and of course the last part to become slim when i lose weight) Anything i can do?

*I have got a history of Sinusitis and maybe thats why i have got a smaller chin. Although my sinusitis is sort of cured now but i am already 23 so my chin would not 'grow'(sorry for poor english) again. Is this related to my fat face?
