主要係同血管病變有關(尤見於糖尿病､高血壓､高膽固醇､食煙､唔運動､體重過高中年男性度)。因為血液流通到肢體末端不足所以會出現肢體缺血情況(尤見於行走一定距離後)。

你醫生會同你爸爸做doppler u/s同ABPI(一種兩度手腳血壓差既數值)。主要醫治方法係生活改變(戒煙[好緊要]､勤運動､降低壞/增加好膽固醇､控制血糖等)﹐如果冇改善則需要考慮做手術(係血管科專科)。可能需要動手術駁通血管供血到缺血組織。

勸你爸爸先由生活細節上著手﹐如以上所講。佢醫生亦都應該提出。同埋要定期去醫生度檢查身體﹐因為血管病變係全身性﹐可能影響到重要器官引致心臟病､中風､動脈瘤等問題。
