支原體多數(over 90%)係經由性行為傳染﹐少數(>10%)可以經由共用內衣褲/泳衣/毛巾床單等貼身物品(如酒店/青年旅舍)等非性病途徑傳染。支原體近親衣原體感染則係性病。

感染後部份人會毫無病徵﹐如果有不安全性行為(冇用安全套)則會傳染對方。無論男女都可以引發非淋病尿道炎(非淋)﹐女性方面則可以引起陰道炎﹐盆腔炎﹐甚至輸卵管scarring影響生育--->所以要用抗生素治理

目前為止支原體係醫學界範疇仲係比較陌生﹐因為只係發現該病20幾年。治療方法亦係針對性(主要係用marcolides/tetracycline等藥)同鼓勵安全性行為。另外貼身物品(如內衣褲/泳衣)唔好借俾人用﹐亦唔好裸睡(尤其係陌生酒店床單)則受感染機會較低。

建議妳聽從醫生吩咐食完療程再接受其他治療。如果有其他問題歡迎再問。同男友要有安全性行為(戴安全套)。
