乙肝係亞洲﹐尤其中國人圈子內尤為常見

等我解釋一下一D concepts...

一般乙肝感染: (1)病毒入侵身體--->(HBSAg)--->(2)身體作出反應產生抗體(HBSAb)如果你女友有乙肝帶菌﹐佢會係HBSAg同HBSAb兩者都positive﹐一般要定期檢查肝功能...不過到目前為止我地只能減慢又乙肝演變到肝硬化/肝癌進程﹐要徹底醫好仲未能做到

一般乙肝預防針: (A)仿製病毒入侵身體--------->(2)身體作出反應產生抗體(HBSAb)如果你有打乙肝預防針﹐你會係HBSAb positive但HBSAg negative...意味你有抗乙肝抗體但肝臟未受病毒感染

建議你去醫生度check HBSAb titer (甚至check埋有冇HBSAg)﹐如果抗體titer高則表示身體有有效抗病毒機製﹐如果低則需要補針

如果要有性行為則最好有單一性伴侶同用安全套。打左乙肝針可以預防乙肝但並非100%(有D人會fail to mount immune response due to various reasons)...所以只能夠話將感染機會降到好低好低但並非100%防禦
