我地比較注重weight centile (WC) and weight velocity (WV)(即同年紀比較﹐同樣高度你理想體重應該係多少﹐同有否短期內劇烈增加/減少)

WC: 如果你係75-centile以內就okay了(同年齡高度75%以下同你一樣重/比你輕)。95-centile到75-centile則算超重要減肥﹐95-centile以上屬於病態性肥胖一定要減肥。注意﹕ BMI並唔係最好測量適齡體重方法(尤其係21歲以下個批)。詳細情況可以問問醫生。而centile-chart可以係政府診所免費派發(呢邊係﹐香港則唔知道了)

至於食D乜好﹐正常成年男性飲食包含2500-3000卡路里一日﹐如果有體力勞動則需要多D(五穀類計3-6飯碗)。蛋白質則用氮值(7g-14g nitorgen/24hr)-->一般一飯碗滿到1.5碗魚或肉類一日已經夠。脂肪則一般食用油+動物脂肪已經夠(幾多好難講﹐因為每個人吸收都唔同﹐不過少D為妙) 。蔬果約4-5個飯碗份量一日(其實好多人都食得唔夠多蔬果)。
