唔得﹐根本寶礦力冇任何analgesic(止痛)功能。寶礦力可以有效解決因屙嘔而導致o既身體脫水﹐但不能解決頭痛﹑經痛等痛症。

網上留言要小心﹐一如用微波爐叮八達通增值一樣可笑﹐但又有人信。
