好難講。指甲腳甲軟可以係天生﹐可以係某D維他命/礦物質唔夠(尤其係鈣)﹐可以係病變(如受真菌感染)。

指甲如果過長係會彎曲﹐但如果短指甲都出現呢個情況就睇睇醫生好。因為(就算係天生)都有潛在指甲甲囊受感染機會-->呢樣尤其會出現腳甲度﹐嚴重時要整塊受影響腳甲拔除就麻煩了。
