Subject: 頭暈頭痛

醫生,你好....
我由今個月8號開始就覺頭暈頭痛,連左耳入面都覺得痛...已維持了兩個多星期了....
我看過中醫及西醫,他們都說是因感冒所致,但耳朵卻很正常...沒有紅腫及發炎....聽力亦沒有問題.......吃了兩星期藥後,情況好轉了一點........但仍然間歇性感到頭暈頭痛及耳朵痛,
除此之外,步行太久的話亦會感到有點透不過氣的感覺........特別是早上步行上班的時候...
我曾於8,9年前患上過一次耳水唔不平衡.....到現在亦有耳嗚的問題,我想問一下,我是耳水唔不平衡復發嗎...?
但我那種頭暈並不是天旋地轉得那種....而且我是有輕微貧血的...到底是什麼原因會這樣,我是否需要到醫院做些詳細檢查??
