相信呢個MRI係關於鼻息肉。報告話MRI見到有個3cm腫脹物體﹐應該係息肉/分泌滯留物。

如果你醫生話冇大礙就應該冇問題。息肉如果影響到你就需要割除(不過割除後亦有tendency會再生)﹐其他如果唔影響到日常生活好多時都係leave it alone。

你睇耳鼻喉科醫生點講。Good luck!
