thanks for the reply

I am 21 male
the problem started when i move to canada at age 13
no family history
no injury that could lead to this problem
don't think there is any weird lumps
no high blood pressure
no kidney/bone problem
not pick my nose often (also note that most of the bleeding does not occur because i was picking it, it just happen randomly, any time) (most of the time i can feel the blood flowing inside my nose like 1 or 2 seconds before the blood come out of my nose and i can get my tissue or go to washroom to take care of it)
i did body check once like 1-2 years ago and they took a blood test, but I guess it is just a normal blood test, not addressing to this problem (no result come back to me, which i was told that only people with result that has problems will be contacted)

so is there special thing that i can ask my doctor do to pin point the reasoning behind the nose bleed, like some special blood test like platelet count or some sort?
do you have any idea as to why there is blood clot coming out? shouldn't it stick to the injurys site? that really seems weird to me. As everytime if the blood clot didn't come out, another nose bleed is just a short time away.
And having the blood clot come out, means that the nose bleed will stop very soon

thanks a lot, you have been very helpful to everyone
