醫生你好

我媽媽先前膝頭哥痛,去佐睇醫生
醫生照完x光之後話係關節退化同埋好似生骨刺
佢開佐兩隻藥俾我媽食
ibuprofen tablet 200mg
piroxicam capsule 10mg 另附有冬青油同胃藥
我上網check過呢兩隻藥對胃部唔係咁好,同埋會有副用作
我岩岩買佐隻Glucosamine葡萄糖胺+Chondroitin軟骨素既藥俾佢食


請問
1. glucosamine + chondroitin 既藥可唔可以完全代替以上兩隻藥既療效?
2. glucosamine有沒有副作用?可否治療骨刺?
3. glucosamine配合chondroitin一起是否可否增強療效?如果只吃glucosamine又可行嗎?(因為我見好多呢類藥只係有glucosamine而無chondroitin,係藥房介紹我兩種一起更有效)
4. 患者應減少勞動防止骨剌增生? 定係應多做運動防止骨退化?請問醫生有何建議?
