18歲陰莖勃起時龜頭應該全露(一係自動露出一係有部份包皮覆蓋﹐自己撥開包皮後亦可以完全露出龜頭)﹐如果唔能夠全露就一定要去睇醫生﹐醫生通常會轉介你去泌尿科專科再作詳細檢查﹐有必要時做包皮環割手術(之前你話已經做過﹐但可能做得唔徹底)

至於影唔影響到性行為....難講。亦好在乎有多少龜頭不能露出同連帶包皮係性交時摩擦會否導致疼痛等好多問題。建議你去睇醫生。射精同你情況無關...因為最嚴重包莖係包到實晒連屙尿都屙唔到(BB仔出世後無耐)....一定要做緊急手術。
