試試盡量避免溫差/濕度差過大/當風吹頭,試試放鬆自己﹐小睡片刻等non-medical treatment。

另外﹐除paracetamol(acetaminophen)外可以試試naproxen/ibuprofen。不過兩者均需要醫生處方。
