男友長期受暗瘡問題困擾, 其生活正常健康, 有喝足夠既水, 戒口戒得很清, 不吃油炸食物, 面油甚多, 他現在工作時亦須洗面, 不能喝咖啡(已戒, 以前不能吃朱古力, 現在吃了也沒事), 否則數日內會有很多暗瘡出現, 甚至再SEX/JJ後亦會出現, 間接影響性生活

近日有多間暗瘡治療公司賣廣告, 卻怕該些公司只屬美容性質無法根治
