Subject: "cracking sound" in the neck

hey, first time I ask u question. Of course, even if u answer wrongly here, it does not constitute to any professional negligence but I suggest u may wish to change ur disclaimer to make it safer from potential lawsuit, though unlikely.

HEy my question is... I got some crack sound in my neck when I sometimes deliberately turn my head from right to left (extreme right to left slowly to ease my pain of my muscle)

I wanna what has happened to my neck. It has happened for over 2 years. Once I finish moving my head around, there wouldn't be "cracking" sound in my neck for some hours.

Please answer me or I will cut ur JJ
