你好﹐lung bulla係由肺氣腫所引起﹐引發原因(一如肺氣腫)多為吸煙。

如果bulla size大最好用手術切除。情況嚴重時更可能要移植肺部。如果size細小則多為「有待觀察」類別。至於你話上飛機會唔爆。我真係唔敢講(因為我未睇過你﹐手頭上冇其他資料)。如果你怕可以問醫生開醫生信。如果醫生肯會開就證明你搭飛機冇問題。
