你有血尿﹐知唔知有冇尿蛋白? 血壓是否正常?面部/眼/腳有冇腫?

醫生仲有冇同你做其他檢驗?同意應該屬於腎小球受感染。但亦有D罕有D病症會有持續腹痛+血尿徵狀(如 Wilm's Tumor)。如果情況冇改善要入醫院照腎CT睇下發生咩事(你醫生會同你講)。你講情況同自瀆無關。Good luck!
