Subject: Scientiific officer

Dr.V have u ever heard/met those people called "scientific officer" in the hospitals?

I'm juz wondering what are their duties(research of new therapy?)and what are the qualifications to become a scientific officer

Coz i really wanna work in a hospital but i can't score 10As in HK xx(

PS : i'm a A-level student, would u leave me some advices :)
