Sail no 45451; blue deck; foils and hull in good condition. Fully race rigged including 3:1 downhaul; 5.3 sail; aluminium launching trolley; boat cover. Used by Welsh Squad Topper Sailor. Everything needed for a successful racing season. Based Wrexham. Pictures available.
