Subject: Rootin Tootin Rudy's Lootin (Again)

123 Lander St., an NCAC bldg., gets demolished to the tune of $40,000.00. The city foots the bill and adds the cost to the taxes on the property, or on Rudy. Whatever. So if Rudy NCAC defaults on paying these taxes, the cost slapfalls right into the laps of Newburgh. Hmmm. I think that means it gets humped on the backs of the TAXPAYERS in Newburgh. Yes?

Now let's think a little minute. How's Rudy's track record when it comes to paying things? How about how much property the city has given him already? Oh and since the property was NCAC, how was it allowed to deteriorate to the point of being condemned?

I'll bet my left nut that there isn't one ball big enough to tackle these questions AND give an answer. Watch this thread die and the yellow streaks get so big they'll use them for no passing zones on 84 from coast to coast.

The bullshit in this town's getting too damn deep and honest taxpayers are being burried alive under it! But hey wait! We have another empty lot to plant a garden in! La Vida Loca Garden. Who wants to plant the first $1,000.00 installment on the future defaulted payments?
