Look at this map then tell me how THIS MUCH of Newburgh could be taken by gangs and NOBODY noticed! It's almost 25% of the city! When you're talking only 4 square miles of area, 25% is no joke! Look at the streets that are covered and NOBODY noticed? Not even in the adjoining areas? WTF? Is EVERYBODY in the city of Newburgh asleep? Or are they ALL DRUGGED? Go ahead, make my day, explain this one.
