九濟堂是一個提供給所有濟民發言的地方，一向深得大多數人的維護和尊重。雖然同學偶然會有過激的用詞，但我亦理解為少年人希望有關人仕重視其意見的表現方式，我常常希望同學表達意見要克制，而校方管理層和各位老師能用包容的態度來看，重視和探討同學的「心底話」。據了解在BA時代, 細袁會叫人把留言印出來, 首先給BA看, 之後再給高層一一傳閱. 當然，我們無法阻止有人將別人的心聲一笑置之。

九濟堂是濟民聚首一堂的專用地，所以尊重濟記既，都會維護九濟堂；關心同學和校情既，都會不忘看看九濟堂。
最後，希望同學能善用九濟堂，發言用討論的方式，減少針對。只要是真情表白，是非黑白明眼人自會審斷。
