 Now that we are about to have a new Miss Washington, I'm curious about our past Miss Washingtons. What have they been up to? Brittney, Jacquie, Devanni, Elyse....and what is Mandy doing once her year is up? Anyone know?

According to her book wasn't this her dream???!!!! I don't see her ever winning WA USA. I would like to see Jacquie win it, but in my opinion neither ne are USA girls.
I think WA is FINALLY moving towards crowning beauty first and both girls are cute, but not the glamazon USA beauties needed at USA. But pickins have been slim in WA USA in recent years, so nothing surprises me.
Mama Schendel is in no way ready to step out of the pageant limelight and Mandy is her only pageant option.

Elyse recently bought a house in Nevada, Brittney and John are moving to Boston so he can attend MIT (though she will still have a long distance mentoring role on the Miss WA board is my understanding), and Jacquie is running for Miss WA USA.
