Cheyenne could have had the highest score in everything and still placed second if the judges like Janae better. Second, Janae will still be an amazing Miss from Utah. I'm sure she will be making appearances before she leaves for school, when she's home on school break and then again when schools out. You also have to consider that she will be here for other events during the year like forum so she will probably be making additional trips home during the year. That's just my guess. 1.
