They are also offering Sun Valley's Outstanding Teen (open). Other people are asking about deadlines etc. They leave open the deadline for the "open" titles to allow as many girls as possible to enter. Many of them are not new to the pageant world so don't need as much rehearsal for walking, poses, and usually have their paperwork done since most have competed recently and don't have to start at the beginning. They are not changing deadlines to accommodate certain people. They only want as many people as possible to be able to participate. My understanding is they actually didn't have enough girls to offer all the titles for awhile, and as long as everyone signed up follows through then all titles have enough girls to support the titles according to MAO rules.
