She is nice. She has a great opera voice. She needs a lot of work on getting a "today" look. Her hair pulled back looked so bad, she looked good up to the point of throwing her hair back (looked like a page boy look). She needs work looking more fashionable, and needs to understand talent alone doesn't get you the win....then remember to be HUMBLE, all the time, even when you don't think people are watching.
